All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email when your order has shipped.

Our estimated delivery times within the U.S. are typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Please note that during high-demand seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Free Shipping

Lux Loft offers free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. This applies to all home décor, lighting, and seasonal collections shipped within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

International Shipping

At this time, Lux Loft ships exclusively within the United States. We’re working to expand our delivery regions soon.
