At Lux Loft, we take great care in ensuring that every product is crafted and delivered to meet the highest standards of quality and design. Each order is inspected carefully before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

However, in rare cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof of the damage.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the order number or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to product damage

2. Return Shipping & Costs

Lux Loft does not offer free or prepaid return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are calculated manually and shared with the customer before approval.
  • Costs vary depending on the location and product type.
  • We do not provide trackable return labels — customers are responsible for shipping arrangements and ensuring safe delivery of the return.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Non-damaged products

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
